Preserving our expertise

We are nothing without the expertise of the men and women who work alongside us, from our agricultural workers, to our cellar master. We take pride in every skill, from the harvesting of the sugar cane to the distillation and ageing of our rhums.

Within the ISO 14001 certification, various actions have been put in place:

Recognition of skills development, through regular updates of job descriptions.

 Staff engagement to increase awareness about our certifications.

 Staff input throughout the evolution of our practices.
