Depaz Single Cask 2011

For this new edition of the "Depaz Single Casks” Limited collection, our cellar master has chosen to sublimate his 2011 harvest rhum by chosing 10 exceptional single casks, all of which come from century old French oak trees of the Quercus Sessile type. These barrels, carved into real jewel cases, have allowed this vigorous rhum to age for more than 10 years and ennoble it. Each barrel, selected for the quality of its toasting, develops a particular aromatic expression that can never be reproduced identically from one barrel to the next from the "château long" toasting, gradual in intensity, to the "Tradition long" toasting, constant and moderate, or the "medium plus" toasting, complex in aromas.
