Depaz Vintage 2010 is made from the 2010 harvest. This unique rhum has been aged for more than 10 years in 11 selected American oak barrels. It has been aged for a second time for 18 to 24 months in 350L French red oak barrels.

ON THE NOSE

This amber rhum provides subtle aromas of honey, cardamom, marzipan, and candied tangerines, with a woody touch. The nose ends with a blend of warm leather, resin, sandalwood and cinnamon aromas.

ON THE PALATE

While the head aromas give spices flavors, the heart aromas bring a subtle balance thanks to fine wood flavors This rich and complex rhum ends up with warm notes of candied exotic fruits.

PERFECT PAIRINGS

Depaz Vintage 2010 would be particularly enjoyable accompanied by a fine cigar and a square of dark chocolate. It is also a particularly delicious accompaniment to a grilled red Grisons meat. Best served after aeration and a 5 minutes rest.
