Cuvee Des Alizés exudes an exceptional aromatic richness, originating from its key ingredient – sugar cane harvested in the middle of the trade winds season, known as the Alizés.

Made with three types of sugar cane matured during this distinct period, between February and April 2020, this unique Cuvee is floral, fragrant and smooth.

ON THE NOSE

Supple and rich with floral hints of geranium, earthy grass tones and citrusy hints of lemongrass set off with a fruity sweetness.

ON THE PALATE

Spicy notes of aniseed and cinnamon contrast with the zing of citrusy lemon punch.
