The restaurant the Sugar Cane Mill

At the entrance to the Depaz site, a circular building can be found with a shell-tiled roof. It shelters a mill that used to be powered by animal traction.
It was refurbished as a restaurant on the initiative of André Depaz and today you can enjoy authentic Caribbean dishes in sumptuous surroundings between the Caribbean sea and the sugar cane fields.

From Tuesday to Sunday from 11:30 am to 4 pm.
