The restaurant the Sugar Cane Mill
At the entrance to the Depaz site, a circular building can be found with a shell-tiled roof. It shelters a mill that used to be powered by animal traction. It was refurbished as a restaurant on the initiative of André Depaz and today you can enjoy authentic Caribbean dishes in sumptuous surroundings between the Caribbean sea and the sugar cane fields.
